
*Harley was born in 1983 in Salt Lake City, Utah to David and Candy. He has two older sisters Stephanie and Vanessa. *When he was 3 years old he broke his foot. He walked so much with the cast on he had to have it replaced 11 times.
*Harley took his first steps on January 14, 1984.
*His grandpa bought him his first pair of cowboy boots on August 20, 1985. (Brown with leather soles that HAD to be hand stitched, his grandpa wouldn't have it any other way) **Side note: Harley's rocked the holy jeans cowboy boots thing for a very long time, trust us we have pictures, they're adorable**
*He joined the Cincinnati Boys Choir, after a woman heard him singing in church, at age 6. He performed all over the city in his specially made bright red boy choir vest which he wore non stop, and by non-stop we mean it didn't matter if he was going to sing at the mall or roll in the mud…he sported that red vest!
*His first musical theater performance was Oliver in 1990. He played a workhouse boy.
*Harley said, when he was little, that when he grew up he wanted to be a Veterinarian.
*If you were looking for Harley as a child and couldn't find him, either check the creek behind his house or in grandpa's barn eating with the horses and building forts with the hay stacks even though his grandpa told him not to!
*At age 10 Harley was diagnosed with the chicken pox. At age 11 Harley was diagnosed with the chicken pox... yes he had them twice.
*Harley auditioned for Little Shop of Horrors in 1999 even though 1998 Harley was told he couldn't be in the musical because he didn't have a good enough voice...They cast him in the ensemble.
*His parents bought him is first guitar in 2001-it was an acoustic Hanez.
*Harley wrote his first song in 2001 and was asked to play it at his high school graduation. It was called "The Graduation Song".
*Harley was one of the few that had braces his senior year of high school. “They were clear but it still sucked!”
*His parents wouldn't let him drive until he could call himself an Eagle Scout. He got it when he turned 16!
*Harley performed for the Prather Family of Theaters National Tour of Miss Saigon in 2004.
*Harley performed as Mark Cohen in the Broadway National Tour of Rent from 2006 thru 2007.
*Harley performed as Mark Cohen in the Broadway Company of Rent from 2007 thru 2008.
*Harley released his first Broadway album in October 2007 entitled "Between 41st And 53rd".
*His first original music record was released on August 6, 2008 entitled "Without Wax."
